Derek Long - "Bill"
Derek Long was born and raised in Farmland Wisconsin. His mother was a lieutenant colonel in the Army, his father was an English professor who specialized in horror literature...you connect the dots. Ever since Derek directed a first grade recess production of Where the Wild Things Are, he's been bitten by "the bug". Lots of college theatre, moved to Chicago--lots of Chicago theatre. Got sick of the weather and moved to LA in 2000, where he's been pursuing film acting. His last performance was in the delightful upcoming gorefest Gay Bed and Breakfast of Terror.

After moving to Los Angeles, California at age 18 to study at the University of Southern California, he was nicknamed "the wonder freshman" for being cast in nearly every production to go up. It was later, after accepting a scholarship to Point Park Conservatory in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, that Matthew accidentally stumbled upon a casting director that cast him in his first short film, Reign of the Dead. Later, he had his feature film debut in Gone, But Not Forgotten, which gained some recognition in the independent film circuit. Of recent, he has co-produced and starred in Long-Term Relationship, a romantic comedy to premiere at NewFest in New York City in June 2006. Matthew currently resides in Hollywood, CA.
